All you need to do is create an RSS feed with an tag that points to the location of the MP-3 file of the program. Do you make the MP-3 available after the show finishes? If so, I could create the RSS file for you and ship it to you. If you use movable type, they have a plug-in that does all this for you. Search for podcast + movable type on google for more information.
