The fun starts at about one hour fifty minutes into the session (fast forward to the 1:50 mark) when Senator Michele Bachmann rose to introduce the resolution.
I can't believe all the hoopla over a simple resolution. We seem to make every day something special in Minnesota so I can't understand why when one of our greatest presidents is to be honored Cohen would stand in the way and threaten to table the resolution if more discussion is held. Real nice but typical for this blue state.

There seems to be a particularly obstinate brand of Democratic "ideology" lingering in this otherwise beautiful state. Thus, a state senator, Mr. Cohen, can attempt to make a "political statement", by attempting to amend and/or amending a bill about a past POTUS, simply because he does not like what the individual represents.
It seems the bitterness will never die. I mourn along with the Republican Senators from Minn, the fact that we all simply can't remain civil.
It's difficult to watch this kind of stuff, but it keeps we conservatives aware of just how obdurate (stubbornly resistant to moral influence. . ) the left leaning can be.
